Overview

As corny as it sounds, we value your patronage and want you to have a great experience shopping with us. We make every effort to keep our prices competitive and affordable, which means we’re not rolling in piles of cash. We are a small dropshipping business with limited capacity for customer service and support. Like any business, as we grow in sales, the more money we can put toward support. Until then, we ask for your understanding. We’re not here to scam you. We need your business to grow.

If you are reading this before purchasing, you are an amazing human and we thank you. In general, please review your entire cart order carefully before hitting the “Purchase” button. If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to make good on the issue within our current terms of service.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchange Policy

  • At this time, we don’t offer refunds.
  • We will accept an exchange if you received a defective or damaged item.
  • If you received a defective or damaged item, you can request an exchange for the same item or different item of the same value.

To be eligible for a return, follow these steps:

  • Send us an email with an attached image(s) showing the damage. 
  • In your email, include the original order number, product name, details (ex. size, color), and reason for requesting an exchange.
  • If you are requesting an exchange for a different product of the same value, provide the product name and other details (ex. size, color).
  • Provide your full mailing address. No post office boxes.
  • Return the damaged item within 7 (seven) days of the purchase date.
  • The defective or damaged item must be unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you get this far, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Your email and returned item helps us improve quality issues in manufacturing and/or with the delivery service. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for exchange.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

  • New purchase shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping cost on the returned item.
  • We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, although we assume we will.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service to track the returned item while in transit.
  • Exchanges are processed like new orders. Shipping fees may apply.

Why are shipping fees non-refundable?

All shipping charges include order processing, packaging, transportation, delivery, and any additional delivery charges, such as for oversized or bulky items, delivery to remote locations, and/or rush delivery. We do not receive refunds for these services, and therefore, cannot offer to cover such costs.

NOTE: Quick Pickle Productions is a US-based company. Shipping costs do not include international tariff charges. Check with the postal service in your country to determine what fees you might incur locally in order to receive your shipment.
